This invention tried to find an answer for the energy and water crisis which propose a renewable energy system which can be integrated to the core of a high rise building to generate electricity and fresh water simultaneously. This is a small model that simulates the process that nature uses to sweeten water by water cycle in the scale of a tower. Seawater is boiled by solar energy with a solar concentrator and goes to a chimney in the core of a high rise building, then it is condensed as freshwater and this cycle may generate electricity by the circulation of the sea water in the core. The solar power plant tower, with the ability to desalinating seawater can be developed to enhance the creation of multifunctional spaces in building design in order to utilize renewable energies. This may make a revolution in the field of renewable energy and architectural with taking advantage of a combination of solar chimney power plant (which is built in Manzanares, Spain) and Energy Tower (Power plant). The input water is desalinated by the best method (i.e. evaporation) and its circulation can provide the energy to run generators both at the top of the tower and on the ground.
